In The Ghetto – Hi Prince
Prince Hilis, known by his stage name, Hi Prince, has dropped a new song. It’s called ‘In the Ghetto.’ The song is clearly meant to be uplifting and inspirational. It was difficult to learn more about Hi Prince as an artist though. This shows that he’s still underground. He does Reggae, Highlife, Hip Hop, and R&B music. ‘In the Ghetto’ has great lyrics like, “Living in the ghetto, you gotta be strong…you gotta be wise…” Quite basic, but still thought provoking.
I can respect the fact that Hi Prince is trying to be positive. We need more positivity. However, his vocal performance can use some improvement. Something was definitely missing. ‘In the Ghetto’ misses the mark, but still gets close…Keep grinding Hi Prince! We see you working! Check out the track here and tell us what you think!
