Wally X is highly talented afro pop indigenous rapper. ‘Olusegun‘ aka elevation was produced by the amazing slynfit. The soft and tender approach to this song got me emotional. ‘Olusegun’ by Wally X and Jym Kris is more of a prayer.
I could almost reach out to the emotion in the song and hold it with my hands. The sincerity in this song is quite touching. I just can’t explain it but I just know it’s a heart felt prayer.
He talks about his hustle and prays for blessings day by day, says God shouldn’t put him to shame. This song is not going to ever leave my collection, I love how it makes me feel.

I kind of feel the same way about this song as I felt for Reekado Banks ‘Katapot‘. I still think the emotion in this one is deeper.
Wally X is an upcoming artist that should be looked out for and this song Olusegun should be a hit. For putting this effort into beats, lyrics and production, I am tempted to give him a ten over ten.
Olamide should sign this guy.
